Poonam Pandey New Film


Sources say that Poonam Pandey is currently in negotiations with a production house to sign her as a leading lady in a movie and that the model is working out the monetary details. “We are yet to confirm whether I will do two or three films with them,” says Poonam, adding, “My role in the film is quite glamorous and the character is very close to what I am in real life.”

Will she prove that she is more than just a bombshell? “I promise to get dirtier than Vidya Balan in The Dirty Picture,” she laughs, adding, “I don’t think there is any bikini left in the world that I haven’t worn. I can even shop in a bikini and, of course, if the role demands it, I will wear one too. I want to do something no one in the industry has ever done before,” says Poonam.

Kim kardashian follows the techniques to maintain her now- famous curves.Her height is 5'2",wieght is 110 pounds and measurements are34-26-39.39".Kardashian works out 3- 5 times a week,starting her exercise with the treadmill,running on it for about 30 minutes then following it up by lifting weights for about another 30 minutes.Kim lays stress on lower body workout,to keep her thighs and butt toned.She alternately switches between arms and legs workout,and then continues with the midsection(abs) exercise and then stretching.Kim says her favourite favourite exercises are *squats * and *lunges * – ideal for the lower part of the body. 2. Take a step forward with one leg and go low until thighs are parallel to the ground

1. Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart and hands stretched out as shown in pic.
2. Lower yourself,as if sitting on a chair,until thighs are parallel to the ground. 3. Try to keep your back straight as possible and avoid bending forward.
Arm and Legs Workout:Kim Kardashian’s trainer also put some routine exercises in her arm and legs workout to complement the exercise that can tone and increase core strength. Start with hands and knees on the floor. Move the right arm up and the left leg back, keeping both the arm and the leg parallel to the floor Keep the core, or abs, tight for 30 seconds.
